While there are many valuable CPD opportunities, only events that are directly sponsored by the ºÚÁÏÉç are published and promoted on this website.
The ºÚÁÏÉç fully endorses the principle that continuing professional development (CPD) is an essential component of medical professionalism.
Each year at the time of licence renewal, registrants are required to attest that they are compliant with the CPD requirements of either:
- Royal ºÚÁÏÉç of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (specialists), or
- ºÚÁÏÉç of Family Physicians of Canada (family practitioners).
The ºÚÁÏÉç sponsors a variety of conferences, workshops and courses to assist physicians in their practice.
