Communicating with CPSBC during a postal service disruption
As you may be aware, a potential postal strike in Canada may impact mail delivery services starting on May 23, 2025. Registrants and members of the public are encouraged to use electronic communication and digital submission methods whenever possible to ensure timely processing of documents and correspondence.
To minimize disruptions:
- General inquiries can be submitted by email on the CPSBC website.
- Complaints can be submitted by email to complaints@cpsbc.ca. If you are filing on behalf of someone else, ensure that the Authorization for Representation is included.
- ºÚÁÏÉç services representatives are available by phone at 604-733-7758 (toll-free at 1-800-461-3008) during regular business hours.
- If necessary, physical correspondence can be dropped off at the CPSBC office at 300–669 Howe Street, Vancouver BC, V6C 0B4 or sent using alternative courier services that are not affected by the postal strike, such as FedEx, UPS, or Purolator.
