Bylaws
CPSBC sought feedback on the draft bylaws under the Health Professions and Occupations Act from March 3, 2025 to August 31, 2025. The consultation period is now closed.
The full CPSBC Bylaws that will take effect on April 1, 2026 will be posted to this page in October 2025, along with a summary of the revisions made based on the consultation feedback.
